Daily Distraction: GCAC launches arts passport program | Columbus Alive
Along with other art galleries in the Columbus area, Urban Arts Space has many exciting exhibitions and events planned for the upcoming months. So, to incentivize visitors, the Greater Columbus Arts Council has created a special incentive that Urban Arts Space is excited to be a part of.
From Joel Oliphint for Columbus Alive:
While a citywide mask mandate is now in effect, most arts institutions — from small galleries to big museums — are open, trying desperately to rebound after more than a year of COVID-related closures and tentative re-openings.
As a push to go support these places, the Greater Columbus Arts Council launched the Columbus Makes Art Passport, a free booklet containing a whole bunch of arts events, performances, exhibitions and more in the months of September and October.
